My story
The Big Step Out 2026 is our National Community Walking Festival between the 10th June -10th July celebrating unpaid carers and the people they care for throughout the UK. There are 24 million carers and the people they care for in the UK. Let's do what we can do to help. The Big Step Out campaign will let unpaid carers know that they are not invisible to wider society as they so often feel.
I'm dedicating my daily steps to unpaid carers between the 10th June -10th July 2026.
